Terms & Conditions


Payment for sessions must be made in advance to secure places.

Please note if payment is not received your booking will not be held and you are not guaranteed a place.

Please note that fees are non-refundable

Sessions are charged in half term blocks. At the end of the half term you will automatically be booked onto the following term. If you can no longer attend just let me know.

Missed sessions must still be paid for. So that you do not loose out you are welcome to attend a catch up session on a day other than your normal one at any mutually convenient time.

If extreme weather, or if we cancel a session due to halls not being available and prevents us from operating a session, we will try to contact you in advance of your session by posting on our Facebook page and where possible by text/email. In that situation you will be offered a make up class at a later date or the monies will be taken off the following term.

Should a national or local lockdown occur and we have to suspend classes, any remaining classes of the term will be transferred to the following term or you can do make up classes on a different day to your usual class.

Refunds will not be given.

If you need to amend your trial date then contact us to do so.

Please do not bring your child to Tumble Tots if they have been sick or had diarrhoea within the 48 hours prior to the session or if they have conjunctivitis that is not being treated with antibiotic eye drops/creams. This also applies to siblings off school.

The equipment is for use by paid Tumble Tots members only. Adults and non-member siblings must not climb on or use the equipment. Siblings are welcome to join in at Circle Time, and use the co-ordination equipment!

No food or drink is to be taken on the equipment. Please leave all drinks and food with your shoes/coats in the changing area. Children can of course go to the changing area for a drink at any time during the session.

For safety reasons, children must not use a dummy during sessions.

The safety of your children is our priority but remains your responsibility at all times. Please follow the guidelines above and the advice given to you by Tumble Tots staff. In the event of an accident, please ensure you speak to a member of staff who will alert the First Aider. All accidents must be recorded in the Accident Book and signed by the child's parent /carer.

Parents MUST stay on site while their child is attending Tumble Tots classes.

Please let me know if you are leaving, so that I can offer your child's place to someone else.
