For your trial, please arrive 5 minutes before your session is due to start so that we can explain what will happen during the class.
The church and parish hall is situated on Chapel Street.
There is a small free car park available facing the hall or you can park on the side roads around the church. There is also a car park just off Market Street which is signposted if you turn down the side of the Robin Hood pub behind the co-op.
When parking on the side roads of the church, please note that you can access the hall via the back steps.
If you have a push chair you will need to go onto Chapel Street and follow the path up to the church and round the back of the hall, this will bring you round to the front of the hall. less
The class offers a parent and baby an opportunity for exploratory play using our unique equipment whilst being guided and advised by specially trained staff. Through exploratory play the class aims to assist your baby through one of their biggest stages of development.
Babies can start the class when they reach 6 months and can sit up unaided and through carefully designed equipment set ups they have the opportunity to develop the skills and strength needed to move onto each developmental stage at their own individual pace.
During the class circle times encourage parents to join in with development exercises which aim to build the strength of a baby’s both upper and lower body strength and aids a baby’s gross motor skill development.
